One of my favorite thick,quick milkshake is pineapple milkshake and I guess everyone like this.Preparation time is very less.Pineapple is a good source of vitamin A and C and milk obviously rich in calcium.

Get Ready with
Ripe Pineapple - 1 (preferably big)
Chilled milk- 1 cup
few drops of Vanilla essence
Sugar - 3 tbl spoons
ice cubes to drop inside the blender(crushed)- take as per your required chillness
Vanilla ice cream - 1 small cup(optional you can have it without ice cream also but kids are fond of ice creams).

Time to blend
Now peel the pine apple fruit and cut it into small pieces
Firstly, drop down small pieces of with sugar in a blender and blend it well. Now add chilled milk ,few drops of vanilla essence and crushed ice, blend it again for 1-2 mins until it becomes frothy.
Transfer the milkshake in a tall glass and drop a scoop of vanilla ice cream(optional if you have restriction) in the same glass and serve chilled.Lip smacking refreshing shake is ready.
